Jessica Ann Moore was a co-founder of the foundation. Her professional dream was to become a psychologist specializing in helping military personnel with PTSD and TBI. Although her life was tragically cut short, the foundation continues her legacy by serving students, military families, and the community.

Jessica’s Dream Fund

9. What is Jessica’s Dream Fund?
Jessica’s Dream Fund was created in partnership with the District 19 Community Services Board (D19CSB) to honor Jessica’s vision of helping military personnel. The fund provides education and treatment for veterans and their families dealing with PTSD and TBI.

10. What is included in the “Welcome Home” Packages for veterans?
The “Welcome Home” Packages, provided in collaboration with D19CSB, include gift certificates for family members and an invitation to a weekend retreat. The retreat offers relaxation, entertainment, and facilitated discussions to help families reconnect after deployment.
