On Thursday, November 7th, the Jessica A. Moore Foundation had the honor of hosting a truly special Girl Scout graduation ceremony at our event hall. This memorable occasion brought together girls, their families, and the community to celebrate growth, achievement, and the power of positive mentorship.
As a foundation committed to supporting youth development and empowerment, we were thrilled to welcome back our returning Girl Scouts and celebrate a significant milestone for 10 of the girls who bridged to the next level of scouting. Bridging is a meaningful transition that recognizes the girls’ accomplishments and symbolizes their readiness to embrace new challenges and opportunities within the Girl Scout program.
This year’s ceremony was especially exciting as we also welcomed three new girls to the troop. With 25 active members now participating, the energy and commitment of these young leaders are inspiring to witness. They embody the values of courage, confidence, and character that resonate so deeply with the mission of our foundation.
Hosting this event at the Jessica A. Moore Foundation Event Hall allowed us to provide a welcoming and supportive space for these young women and their families to celebrate their achievements. The pride and joy on their faces as they received their awards and bridged to the next level were reminders of the impact scouting has in shaping future leaders.
